There is now a Pinboard! All prompts are now there and will be properly tagged soon enough. At the moment, all the pairing, character, and fill status tags should be completed, so those can be sorted through.

Even though not everything is completely done yet, you can view the shiny Pinboard here!

If you're looking for something that can't be filtered by pairing/character and hasn't been tagged for content yet, you can always keyword search. Additionally, all links are going out to the Dreamwidth community tsn_kinkmeme, since it contains some comments that have been deleted here from LJ.

Please contact this journal (or leave a comment on this post) if you're interested in helping out with the pinboard!

Please also let me know if you find a tagging error or missing tags (particularly regarding ships and fill statuses.)

the comments on PART NINE have been momentarily stopped for now because some of the prompts from previous fills have been left unfilled for a long time and we want to give them some love :)

one of the general rules on the first page was that you should try and fill as much as you request so until 07.30 GMT +1 ON FRIDAY 23 of December there are no new prompts allowed and only FILLS.

Some of the other mods are working on putting together a pinboard/archive and getting it working. Meanwhile, some very nice user has been doing a twitter of fills/updates (I don't know them or have spoke to them but I've been to the twitter, so I know it's real :-p) but it's not a day to day thing so in hopes of kind of keeping everyone up to date, we had decided about a month again to Working In Progress (WIP) post so that if you want to tell the world you updated, you can do so here.

Also with this comes two notes overflow three is the official post all posting of fics from rounds that have 9,000 or more comments. Do not post new fills/updates in those anymore please. And when you finish a fic so mods know it can marked as done please post the links Here at Fill List.

Hey guys!

Sorry, I know it's been a while but this is just an update;

I've been a bit fail lately but steps are being taken towards getting a new mod, so please don't fear! There will be an announcement shortly on that. For those of you concerned about delicious as well, I am in the process of moving the links over to PINBOARD. I don't have the address for you yet but rest assured, when I have more links up than I have managed so far, the new link will be put up here.

I know delicious is a bit crazy because they have decided NOT to use bundles etc (WTF?!) but I will have a workable system for you in PINBOARD, so please be patient!

I'm still keeping an eye on the meme but there is also tsnmemehelper if you have any issues.

i don't think it's a secret that i kind of suck at being a mod lately. the meme deserves better and i know it does. i just want to apologise because rl has been kind of ridiculous for me lately and i've had to back out of a lot of stuff.

i'm making this post to put it out there; i need someone to take the meme off of my hands. obviously, i'll be speaking with my co-mod about this through emails but i just wanted to know what interest there was.

i don't think it's a surprise that thisissirius is my rl!journal. i'm just - if you'v friended me, you know i've been having a hard time lately and i need to take a step back from this meme. SO.

just checking in to let you guys know some things.

firstly, an apology for my absence. i've just moved house and i've been trying to sort everything out, so i'm now back on board and looking to clean this up.

secondly, delicious! it always comes back to delicious, mostly because i am mindful of everything you guys have been saying about how far behind we are with it. we've had people working as hard as they can to tag stuff, but we lost a few people from the team. we've just had one more person offer to help but i can't remember if anyone else was willing to help out. if you have free time over the summer that you can spare to help out, i would love to know.

there's also the matter of the ideas you raised over at the suggestions post and i'm doing my best to cover all of them.

a beta post will be going up pretty shortly for people to ask for beta help. obviously, this is only for those who want to help out in that capacity. i'm not sure how this should work (if people post in the comments what they're willing to beta, or if people post in the comments about fics they want beta-d - any suggestions you guys have would be great)

there will also be a new post going up for research and a seperate comm for anon concrit. this is because i can then keep an eye on it should things get out of hand. HOWEVER, this comm is only going to work in the way that AUTHORS post to the comm on fills they want con-critted. this isnt going to be a free-for-all. it's up to the authoer then, if they want to get con-crit or not and there's no hoo-hah over people con-critting fics from authors who dont want it.

if there's anything else you want me to see/anything else you think i should deal with, please let me know!

there has also been interested in a twitter account for people who can't/have issues with the spreadsheet. i'd like to know your thoughts on this as well so that i can get back to the person that mentioned it! i did think about this before, but i wasnt sure how well it would sit with people :/

just an update about delicious because i know we're holding out on you guys and it's not fair.

eta second; WE WILL BE MOVING THE DELCIOUS ACCOUNT. i know this might seem like the worst to all of you right now, especially if you have things bookmarked yourselves, but it's the only thing we can do without going back and changing url's or by making more work for ourselves. this way, everything is still bookmarked and we can tag all of the new stuff without repeating ourselves.

of course, there will be a transition period. the new delicious is TSNkinkmemeArchive. as you can see, everything is already moved over and we're in the process of tagging things right now.

the reason we've had so much trouble as of late is because livejournal changed the URL's used to access everything and it's messed with the delicious add-on which means that we can't tell what's been tagged and what hasn't. we're in the process of deciding what to do about this but EVERYTHING will be tagged within the next two weeks. i have an exam on monday and then i break up for the summer so i promise, i will be around to make sure everything is tagged and this comm is running as smoothly as possible. thank you all for taking this so well because i know it's frustrating and i know it's not the best thing when your mod fails you!

i hope you all bear with us just a little bit longer and we'll have the delicious back on track :D

sorry that some of my comments as mod have been from my personal journal. i keep forgetting to log out although i have a feeling most of you have known who i was from the beginning. WHATEVER. i can't promise i won't keep doing it, haha.

ANYWAY. the POINT of this post.

the WIP spreadsheet

THE URL HAS CHANGED. the new spreadsheet can be found here. yukireizei has been working ridiculously hard with a team of (?) helpers to update the spreadsheet and so i think we should all thank her from the bottom of our hearts. i handed the torch over because there's only so much one mod can do before she loses her mind! anyway, please note the new change because the old spreadsheet will be DELETED as soon as most people are aware of the change so don't freak out if it goes missing - just update bookmarks etc. with the new information!

delicious tagging

talking of awesome teams: the delicious team ARE aware that most of the prompts of parts three and five have yet to be added (we are getting there, slowly!). there have been some issues with the firefox delicious add-on and it not longer tells us if something's already been bookmarked, so we're having to go through manually and check everything. we apologise for the delay - and for the fact that i keep offering up apologies but i thought at least if i told you, you wouldn't curse me behind the scenes for being a lazy mod! i'm far from, i assure you!

also on a delicious note: the fill list is in much the same predicament. i'm doing it manually, but your links will be updated to show fills, i promise!

as some of you may have noticed, there are new fill rules! i mentioned this in the new post but somebody mentioned that they don't always read the full entry and wanted a new post. i have to add to this that i fully recommend that you actually read the entry - not only does it lay out all the rules, it also helps me if you read because it means i don't get secretly annoyed and cry to my friends that people don't listen re: order of pairings, putting a subject header in at all or filling the entries properly.

which leads to the point of the new rule: it's easier for both tagging and for the WIP spreadsheet if you reply to the prompt with the first part of fill. then, for further parts you reply to the first part of your fill, not the prompt. so in essence it will go like this:

this just makes it easier for everyone involved. rest assured that yukireizei is taking time out from her real life commitements to help and it's not easy for the taggers if this doesn't happen. i never wanted to be a stern mod with loads of rules who enforces them but i'm afraid i'm going to have to be with this one. if you don't fill it this way from now on, i'll leave a comment politely asking you to do so and i will delete any comments that need to be deleted, following request. if the fill isn't then subsequently filled the way that's laid out in the rules, i'll leave a second comment asking you to do so. it's a third strike rule here, guys. i'll only ask three times - then i'll think of something really horrible to do. i don't want to have to ask three times which is why there's no punishment yet - i'm hoping it won't get that far! i just want to make life easier for as many people as possible.

i want us all to get along!

the comments on PART FIVE have been momentarily stopped for now because some of the prompts from previous fills have been left unfilled for a long time and we want to give them some love :)

one of the general rules on the first page was that you should try and fill as much as you request so until 23:59 GMT ON SATURDAY 16TH APRIL there are no new prompts allowed and only FILLS.

post in the comments links to your favourite prompts that you think should have something written for them or think someone might have overlookd, or post the prompts that you have just filled.

there is an overflow post here for part two should it hit maximum comment limit whilst fills are still going on. any issues please email sissi.cakes@gmail.com (probably totally giving away who i am, there) because it's the only email address i'll look at while i'm at work on saturday.

so sorry to everyone - the email account hasn't been receiving comment notifications since the 4th so i'm having to keep everything together via flat view and just surfing each entry so i'm sorry if it's slow around here or i don't respond. i'm annoyed with lj right now because my usual account is getting notifications, just not this one. and this is the one i need to get them on ugh. anyway.

there will be a FILL-A-THON from thursday (14/04/2011) until saturday (15/04/2011) mostly because i am away all weekend at work and i wont have time to be around making sure it all runs smooothly!

that means NO NEW PROMPTS will be accepted from thursday through to saturday and only FILLS of prompts will be allowed. this is because there are so many wonderful prompts from parts one through four that still need filling!

if you want to fill a prompt for part one, please remember to post it (and the fill) to the overflow post as we have reached maximum comments on part one!

who would have thought that when i created this thing in december we would come so far? i've been having great fun and i hope you have!

(also; i am aware we still need to delicious most of part three - we're working on it, i promise!)
